A fitting tribute to our city's namesake, Carlton lived in the son du lac section of Carlton where he worked as a blacksmith for the Ojibway. We're sure he would have enjoyed our delicious corned-beef and sauerkraut grilled between bakery style marble rye loaded with Swiss.
